Credit cards are only accepted on orders originated and shipped
within the USA. The billing and shipping address must match. We
will verify this with your credit card company or with the bank
which issued your card.
MONEY
ORDERS - Please be aware personal checks
are not accepted! Money orders require additional time for processing
and can delay shipping up to 14 days once we receive it. Returned
checks or denied bank payment will result in a $25 processing fee.

Our
Privacy Policy - Some pages may request and
collect information that personally identifies you or allows you
to be personally contacted. Some information submission will be
encrypted, when required by Texas State law. We do not share any
personal information with any third parties nor do we use any personal
information for any purposes. This site contains links to other sites. The Depot is not
responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web
sites. If you have any questions about
this privacy statement, the practices of this site, or your dealings
with this Web site, you can contact our webmaster.
Exchange and
Return Policy - It
is our standing policy to offer an exchange only policy. Sorry no
returns are accepted. This policy helps us to offer products at
the best value and some of the lowest prices out there. Items
listed on any auction site or site outside of this web site cannot
be returned, exchanged, or refunded (these items are considered
"as is" and sales are final). Food sales are final and cannot be
returned or exchanged. All sales are final! Electronics, computer
software, DVD movies, and VHS movies cannot be returned or exchanged.
All sales of this type are final. Electronic products that have
been opened will not be refunded. This policy is firm! Damaged
shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.
If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the
freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has
left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return
and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible
for damage caused by the freight carrier. If
a product appears to have a manufacture defect, email us for
instructions. Do not return Items to us without first emailing
us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to
us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization
Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization
Number written clearly on the box. If
a refund is authorized, the refund will only be 85% of the item(s)
total. We do not refund shipping charges, and we charge a 15% of
item(s) price restocking fee. No packages will be accepted without
a Return Authorization Number written on the box. If
a return is authorized by our return department: 1.
Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number
on the box. 3. Keep your shipping records
for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Media or bulk
mail or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not
liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
4. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once
we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect
a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please
note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result
of our error. 5. Please note the following
terms and conditions that you accept when ordering from us: Prices
to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical
and printing errors. We have done our best to ensure that all information
on this site is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally
occur and are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconveniences
this may cause. 6. Your are responsible
for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned
with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental
or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors
in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability
is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. 7.
The prices shown are reference prices. A reference price is full
price of the same or similar merchandise offered by department stores,
specialty shops and other non-discount sellers; or our suggested
retail replacement cost at open stock prices. No representation
is herby made that substantial sales are or will be made at the
reference retail price. The reference retail price prices are determined
at the time the product was loaded onto the site and may be changed
without notice. Reference retails are not necessarily our present
or former prices and are used to assist you in comparative shopping.
OUR BUY-BACK PROGRAM POLICY -
We
do occasionally buy back overstocks and close-out inventory from
persons or companies. All products must be brand new and sealed
with original factory packaging. We do not buy back bootlegs and/or
cheap copies and will report you to the authorities, if you attempt
to scam us. This program is only available for Region 1 or Region
Free DVDs. This program is available within the Cont. USA only!!
You will need to send the product to us via standard U.S. Postal
media mail to: The Depot Direct, Overstocks Program, PO Box 1282,
Cleburne TX 76033 USA. Payment can take up to 3 weeks, once product
is checked. You will receive an email offer, and you will be required
to accept this offer by replying to it. Any item(s) not purchased
will be returned to you COD/postage due through U.S. Postal Services.
Once you accept the offer, all sales are final! For more information

FRAUD & LEGAL POLICY -
We
have a "zero tolerance" policy regarding fraud. If an online payment
is refused, a check is returned by your bank for non-payment, or
your credit card company cancels your transaction with us, we will
file a legal document of investigation with the Internet Fraud division.
They will investigate you and/or your customers and/or associates.
Once evidence of fraud has been determined, we will prosecute guilty
parties to the fullest extent of the law. If
you submit an order with us and select the "pay offline" option,
you have 7 business days to pay for your order. If you do not fulfill
your obligation, we will block you from purchasing from us. This
includes all web store orders as well as item(s) you win or
bid on with an auction site such as eBay, Yahoo, etc. If
you use email, feedback forums, and/or verbal comment(s) to slander
us to others, we will sue you for slander and any other damage(s).
This includes posting un-true statements against us on an auction
site. Please
do not feel threatened by our policy. We're in the business to make
money and have good relationships with others. If you have questions

International Orders / Shipping /
Customs - ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID
VIA CASH/WIRE TRANSFER through Western Union (see the web link shown
at this bottom of this page). No other payment method will
be accepted for international orders. You may be subject to import
duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your
country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne
by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country;
you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the
value of your order's contents by product type. All International
orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPS. Please know that
cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by
customs authorities. We may provide certain order, shipment and
product information, such as titles, to our international carriers,
and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs
authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply
with local laws. In most cases, orders will clear customs within
5-7 business days, but sometimes orders can be held up longer. At
this point, a form must be completed with the shipper to inquire
the reason for delay. We do not lie on order value on the custom
forms. This is illegal, so do not ask us to do this. We're not responsible
for orders held up with customs. This burden falls on you the buyer.
International orders are shipped FedEx or UPS only. The standard
shipping applied to your order when you placed it is for orders
within the USA only. You may be required to pay additional shipping
fees once the order ships.

DROP SHIPPING
- SELLERS: We no longer drop ship orders without pre-approval
by completing the forms shown ( (for Business Owners only) -

COD/Credit Application - Uniform
Blanket Tax Application). All items are
shipped in plain packaging. We do put our return address on each
box or package in case items are returned due to undelivered attempts.
All orders over $75 will have our business card placed in the box,
unless you request otherwise. All prices are listed for each item
in our store. There is no discount on dropshipped orders. All
drop ship orders are shipped U.S. postal services. These rates can
change without notice. Products shipped to Texas locations will
be required to pay sales tax. You
must provide us with a physical shipping address and telephone number
of the customer for shipping purposes. It's
easy to get started as an online seller. Some of our customers sell
through eBay and other auction sites. Once the item is sold, they
log on to our store and place the order. We take it from there and
ship your order. In
the event of any legal situation or challenge the buyer(s) agree
to pay for all travel expenses for The Depot Direct. All legal proceedings
will be and fall under the State of Texas only. You agree to this,
if you purchase from us. This applies to order(s) of all types.
We reserve the right to refuse service or to do busines with any
individual or entity without notice or explanation. Dropship
sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns. All
dropshipped orders must be paid with a credit card through our web
store or by money order. Paypal is not accepted for dropshipped
orders.
